We are family-owned and managed with a long history of service in the real estate business.  The company was started by E. J. Campbell in Anaheim (Orange County) California in 1957.

E. J. served in the U.S. Army for three years in Berlin, Germany just after the Allied Victory.  Like many returning to the states at the time, E. J. moved West and went to college.  He attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

After graduating from UCLA's School of Business, E. J. went to real estate school and obtained a California real estate license in 1955.  After successfully selling homes for two years, E. J. qualified for a real estate broker license and opened Campbell Realtors.  E. J. is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and was a Certified Property Manager (CPM) for over 20 years.  E. J. taught real estate courses in the community colleges for many years while working full time in the real estate industry.  For over 50 years he developed, listed, sold, and managed property before retiring.

About Twenty Five years before retiring he began training his two sons, Doug and Scot, to carry on the family real estate business.

 

Doug Campbell began managing and later selling real estate under the direction of his father in 1983.  Doug started working with personal computers (IBM PCs) almost since their inception and started integrating them into the family business in the early 1980s.  In 1995, Doug established Real Estate Online, Inc. to provide technical consulting and development services to real estate companies.  The company was a Microsoft Certified Partner for four years.  As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer he has expanded the use of networked computers in the business, including the Internet.  In 2004, Doug returned as a salesperson for both offices, dedicated himself to assisting Californians wanting to buy property in Arizona and Arizonans wanting to buy property in California.  He devotes the remainder of his time to improving the technical aspects of both offices and the management of the Anthem Arizona office.

Scot Campbell has been actively working in the family business since 1984 and has been a California real estate broker for over ten years.  Since 1996 he has owned and managed the Orange County, California office located in downtown Huntington Beach.  The family-owned "high visibility" office overlooks the beach just North of the famous Huntington Beach Pier on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).  Scot and his team of dedicated professionals at Coldwell Bankers - Campbell Realtors serve the local clientele as well as the frequent visitors (including Arizonans) that decide to make Huntington Beach and the surrounding communities their vacation or principal home.

Vicki Campbell has been a real estate broker and estate planning attorney in California for over 20 years.  Vicki has developed a loyal following amongst her clientele and obtained an Arizona real estate broker license to help her clients diversify their real estate portfolios.  Vicki has mentored both her sons in real estate law and ethics.  Vicki owns and along with her son Doug manages the Anthem Arizona real estate office of Campbell & Associates Realtors.
