I represent only financially secure Anthem Landlords.  For over four years, I have listed Anthem rentals and NOT one of my clients has been foreclosed.  I want Tenants for our rental listings to sleep peacefully and not awake to a foreclosure and/or eviction notice on their door.  It is our company policy and my personal commitment to maintain a NO foreclosure record.

I recommend that ALL Tenants search the public records for any home they are considering leasing, see link below:

I have had too many phone calls and emails from renters looking for another home to rent, because the owner they are renting from is in foreclosure and they have to move before their Lease has ended.  Please take the steps to protect your interest.

Check to make sure that a Notice of Default has not been filed and make sure the property taxes have been paid current.  Please keep in mind that a property owner may be delinquent in their mortgage payments and/or property taxes, but a public notice of default may not yet have been filed by the Lender.  Therefore checking the public record is NO guarantee that the home will not be foreclosed at a later date. This is why, I also recommend researching the financial background of the owner before leasing their home.
