For over Five years, I have listed Anthem Home Rentals and NOT one of my clients has been foreclosed. Please keep in mind that a property owner may be delinquent in their mortgage payments and/or property taxes, but a public "Notice of Default" may not yet have been recorded by the Lender. Therefore checking the public record is NO guarantee that the home will not be foreclosed at a later date.
